Rosie Barrett is an Irish director based in Dublin. Graduating from IADT in 2015 with a BA in Visual Communications. It was there that she found a love for filmmaking. In 2016 Rosie worked on a wide variety of projects as a camera operator and editor, while simultaneously making a transition into directing and scriptwriting. Rosie has found a niche in directing commercials, short films, and music videos for artists including, Jape, Gemma Dunleavy, Villagers, and James Vincent McMorrow to name a few. Her music video for Jape was shortlisted for the Emerging Director Awards 2019. This year Rosie was nominated at the Kinsale Shakes and Emerging Director Awards for her work with Villagers.
